Renata Graw

Renata Graw is a Chicago based graphic designer. She developed all of the illustrations that are found in the What's Your Story book and she also provided the layout for the book, with its wide margins meant to encourage readers to take notes and interact with the book. Her unique cover art for the book has drawn rave reviews from many readers and reviewers.

Her work focuses in corporate branding, books, collateral, and interactive design. She has worked with companies, such as Motorola, John Deere, S.C. Johnson, Kodak, Tom Peters, General Mills, Holiday Inn, Nicor Gas, Tellabs, and Coca Cola.

Her work has been recognized by Communication Arts, Print Regional Design Annual, How Magazine, AR100 Black Book, Logo Lounge, AIGA 50 Books/50 Covers, Eye Magazine, and The Mohawk Show. Her work has been shown at the Museum of Modern Art in Rio de Janeiro and at the Columbia College for Book and Paper in Chicago.

Renata has earned a BFA in her home country of Brazil, and studied at the Schule für Gestaltung, in Basel, Switzerland. Currently she is pursuing a MFA at the University of Illinois at Chicago.
