- Tailoring
For all speeches and workshops, Craig will request two conversations with the sponsoring client in order to ensure maximum "fit" for the session. Based on those conversations, he will tailor his stories and key points based on the objectives of the session. In addition, Craig will customize his Story Matrix tool and Feedback Form to reflect the specifics of the client organization and their particular challenges. This has been a big hit with past clients!
- Custom company-specific Story Matrix (electronic file)
This customized Story Matrix is available in paper and electronic format for all participants in Craig's sessions.
- Action Pack
Following every workshop, Craig produces a customized enrichment package, or "Action Pack" that is designed to reinforce the session's key points and be delivered to the audience a week to two weeks from the original session. The Action Pack also includes the custom Story Matrix.
